4. Digital Products (PDFs) & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods (instant download), all sales of PDF Solved Assignments and Digital Project Guides are FINAL.

  • Exceptions: Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

5. Physical Products (Handwritten Notes) & Shipping

  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement.

6. Project & Synopsis Services
